ingeborgdot Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 I had to change an insteon switch today (2477D). Imagine that, an insteon switch going bad. Well, anyway, after I got it installed my ISY994i now says it can't communicate with 2 of my KPL switches which aren't even the switches I replaced. I have tried restoring multiple times. What do I try? Also, is there another switch that has the features of insteon, but I won't have to keep replacing ever several years because they just go bad?
