40021621541 Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 I'm trying to connect my ISY to the ISY Portal. I requested a certificate for the 30 day trial period. I'm following instructions on how to install it. Via the console, I go to Help > Add Modules When I do that, I get a message saying: Would you like to proceed with the following Module action? ISY Portal (21075) -- To Be Installed If I click Yes, I get an error that says: "TCP client resource moved [UDI-MM]" What do I do next? The ISY is running Firmware Insteon_UD994 v.4.6.2 and the UI is Insteon_UD994 v.4.7.5 The product is ISY 994i (1120) - OpenADR (21010) It shows Internet access "Disabled" I tried enabling internet access via the File menu on the console and that leads to "Failed enabling Internet access"
gzahar Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 I don’t think this will resolve your problem, but the firmware and UI should match. If you you use the ISY launcher it should load the correct UI for your firmware. Be sure to clear the Java cache first.I think you need v5 firmware to use portal? 1

I'm not familiar with that message: did you follow the instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Installation_Instructions Launcher instructions are here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop or here: 1
gzahar Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Just found Portal requirements also. Says minimum for network module (also used with Portal) is 4.4.?. But either way, that’s not your issue. Is your ISY UUID registered in My Account?
