Program Dome Wireless Z-Wave Plus Leak Sensor DMWS1

I have a new Dome Leak sensor.  It has variables called: Notify Sensor, Basic Control 2, Water Alarm 1, Leak Detected Alarm, Water Detected 1.  Does anyone know what these mean, and the simplest way to program these?
