Setting the LED switch light to on and off problem

I have this program:

I want this to turn the LED off at sunset, but turn it on again at sunrise.  The problem: the LEDs are always off.  They never turn on.

Is my program wrong?

From Sunset to Sunrise on the same day -- that'll never happen, because the next sunrise will always be on the next day.

    Very good point, as I hit myself in the forehead with my hand.  I'll try this:
