I think I know the answer but would like to verify it. There are no lights on the front of my Polisy. The ethernet interface does blink however, so I assume that means my power supply is working but the Polisy doesn't boot. Is this just dead or is there some way to power on that I'm not aware of? There was a brief power outage last night (2 seconds or so), but the problem may predate that.

Do you have another power supply? If not, do you have a multimeter to test voltage of current PS? I’ve seen voltage be enough to get small bit of led activity but not enough to power full devices. Not specific to Polisy.

I would also say. Test the power supply first. It may even have a voltage output on a meter and may quickly die under a normal load.

I have had an ISY994i and router with similar symptoms. That a replacement supply corrected.
