paulw Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 I am new to 99i. Ran into some issues in reading existing links. Decided to do a factory reset on all insteon devices and start over. My problem is how do I start with a clean 99i. I have tried a reset of the 99i, tried deleting the devices in the 99i, nothing will delete. How can I get it to start from scratch? Link to comment
