kcrossley
Is there anyway to program a delay? For example, when a guest approaches our home between the hours of 7:30 PM and 4:30 AM (nighttime) and triggers an IR-3000 connected to an EZSrSRF, I want several exterior Insteon enabled exterior lights to come on for a set period of time, say 3-5 minutes. How do I program that? Thanks, Kelly
Sub-Routine
Hello Kelly, There is a Wait command in the Action menu. Rand
kcrossley
I didn't see that. Thanks! Another problem. I can't get the IR-3000, which is linked to the EZSnSRF to report its status. It worked fine in a Scene, but it won't work in a program. I've setup the program as follows: If Status "Wireless Receiver" (EZSnSRF) is ON Then Set "Living Room Lamp" Fast On Send Notification to All Wait 1 minute Set "Living Room Lamp" Off Else No Actions What am I doing wrong? Not sure about the EZSnSRF (IR-3000) but with the Smarthome Insteon Motion Sensors I have been using "Control" rather then "Status" in my programs. It is because you can not query a MS and so Status doesn't return anything. Tome
kcrossley
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, Control didn't work. It's weird that it works in a scene, but not in a program.
kcrossley
I can't make this work. I guess I'll have to resort to using Scenes.
