AMcCollough Posted December 19, 2021 Share Posted December 19, 2021 I'm brand new to this. Attempted to set up my UD controller, first establishing User ID, then PW. I get the error "message could not get credentials" I installed the latest version of java, cache cleared, I can see my device in the ISY but cannot do anything because of credentials not being validated.
