I'm brand new to this. Attempted to set up my UD controller, first establishing User ID, then PW. I get the error "message could not get credentials"  I installed the latest version of java, cache cleared, I can see my device in the ISY but cannot do anything because of credentials not being validated.

As asbril said try again. make sure all letter are lower case. Is this ISY994i or Isy on Polisy?
