Sonoff on PG3 (I know, wrong section, but can't post in PG3 yet)

Hi @xKing  You did a wonderful job on Sonoff for PG2. Thank you!

I noticed Sonoff is listed in the node store for PG3 but the linked instructions still point to the old PG2 install. I did install the node on PG3 but couldn't get it to work. Admittedly, I didn't spend a lot of time on it but is it working on PG3? Is there anything special that needs to be done or installed?

@TJF1960I'm assuming you are referring to the Sonos node server.  I ported the PG2 version to PG3 but I don't have any Sonos devices so no way to test it beyond that it installed and seemed to run.

If you can provide more details about what isn't working, what you tried and the log file it produced, I can help to try and get it working for you.

@bpwwer no, sorry, Sonoff wifi switches, here is the starting link

Sorry, I misunderstood. I didn't see a "Sonoff" node server in node server store and thought it was a typo.

FYI, @xKingwill probably want those details too.

@bpwwer Sonoff is named MQTT in pg2 and3 but named Sonoff in the forums.

I found that mosquito  natively is installed in Polisy,  I was able to figure out how to configure it and get it going. If anyone is interested Sonoff does work great on PG3

Thanks for responding Bob. And thanks @xKing for development.

Tim
