Hue node server doesn't work after power cycle

I am using Polyglot v2 on Raspberry Pi with ISY 994i.

Every time there is a power cycle, some node servers in Polyglot do not work until I login to the Polyglot Admin UI and restart the node servers -- for example, the Philips Hue node server and iRobot Roomba node server. Is there a solution for this?

I guess that this happens because the Hue hub is not online by the time Polyglot on RPi is online.

If there isn't a solution through Polyglot, is there a command to restart the node servers from Bash shell or API? (I can write a cron job that restarts these node servers about 10 mins after reboot.)
