I have a room that has a fan with light and a second light fixture all on one wall switch. i am wanting to control both separately. I ordered an insteon fanlinc for the fan and its attached light and the ENERWAVE Z-Wave Plus Relay, Hidden Smart Switch Wireless Remote Control https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G7OD1F8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for the second light. Will this work. I thought it could be put in the light box or the switch box but the instructions only reference putting it on the switch. 

Any help wiring it in the box or another option would be appreciated.
