A few months back, I was on v4.9.0 and I attempted to upgrade to 5.x, not realizing that my Z-wave dongle was not compatible. I was able to flash back down to 4.9.0, and most devices work, however, I am getting a lot of "Unexpected NULL database for uid=" all over. Namely, my door lock was not communicating well, so I excluded it and get the attached error whenever I try and include it.

My gut is that flashing down from 5.x to 4.9.0 didn't truly wipe things out. I don't have a huge network (7 devices), so if I have to rebuild from scratch, that's totally fine. I have all my programs saved.

Anyone have any advice for solving the "Unexpected NULL database for uid=" I'm getting, or maybe the steps to essentially factory reset and start freshy fresh? Thanks in advance!

Did you clear your Jave cache and applications then reload the ISY launcher after you went back to 4.9.0?

It appears that you have a security issue between the door lock and the ISY, you may have to move to lock closer to the ISY to properly install it.

1. Possibly not, I'll likely re-flash a fresh 4.9.0

2. Sounds good, I can try that.
