SSamuels Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Back at the onion. My ISY Portal --> Select Tool --> Information --> ISY Portal Access License shows two entries (see screenshot attached). I recently migrated from ISY994 to Polisy. When ISY Finder is displayed I have two Polisy entries: · One local on my LAN – This works perfectly · One ‘cloud’ with a my.isy.io URL – On this one when I launch Admin Console (Cloud), It Initializes, then gets stuck on ‘Starting Subscription’ I am inferring that the Cloud AC cannot successfully connect to Polyglot that is now on my Polisy - But this is a guess. Appreciate any ideas.
