Polisy and old ISY?

I have been on the fence about getting a Polisy and was wondering what I could do with my old ISY if I upgrade to the Polisy.

I have a “guest house” that is right next to my main house where my mother lives on our property. It is close enough where we easily share internet through an orbi mesh satellite, but probably too far away for my z-wave mesh to work reliably.  Is it possible to use my old ISY to as a controller for her house and the attached shed and outdoor lights all controlled by the new Polisy at my house? It would be great to have some smart light interaction between the houses and my walk to our barn.
