After a tech support provided by Michel, it appears that I have successfully transferred my ISY to IOP.  So far so good!!!

Ordered a couple of Z-wave modules to see how they interface.

 

Thanks for the great support.  Good luck with obtaining the Insteon licenses!

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
