Nodes not showing up in Polisy

So my raspberry Pie crapped out and I am trying to rebuild Hue, Bond, and Ambient weather nodes.  I have Hue and Bond added but they are not populating in the Polisy.  I have rebooted multiple times and just not showing up.  Not sure what else to try.

.51 is my Polisy.  I also looked at the console and it showed using port 8443 for some reason.  Tried that and still not communicating.
