Nodes not showing up in Polisy

So my raspberry Pie crapped out and I am trying to rebuild Hue, Bond, and Ambient weather nodes.  I have Hue and Bond added but they are not populating in the Polisy.  I have rebooted multiple times and just not showing up.  Not sure what else to try.

Whatever is at 192.168.86.51:80 is refusing the connection.  Are you sure you PG3 properly configured with the ISY information?

.51 is my Polisy.  I also looked at the console and it showed using port 8443 for some reason.  Tried that and still not communicating.

If you're running ISY on Polisy, it is typically using port 8080.
