PLM DB9 to RJ45 cable

 have not seen this information, but moving the Insteon 994 setup to Polisy I need to install the serial cable, which of course is long gone.

I need to set it up very quickly so does anyone have the pinout for the Polisy serial port to the Smarthome 2413s?

RJ45 PIN1 --> RS232 TX
RJ45 PIN8 --> RS232 RX
RJ45 PIN7 --> GND

Perhaps one of the easiest approaches is to buy the RS232 port with wiring terminal, cut off one end of an ethernet cable and make the three connections needed.
