2457D2 Lamplinc won't factory reset

I am trying to reset all my 2457D2 Lamplinc's to factory settings.  I follow the flow chart in the user manual. I press (not tap) the Set button and it beeps and flashes green.  I press it again and it beeps and blinks red.  All good to here.  I press again and it's supposed to blink green but stays blinking red.  All of my devices act the same way.  This was basically the same process for my On-Off modules and they worked perfectly.  Can I add them to my admin console reset them there?

I don't have one handy to experiment with, but you should also be able to factory reset by holding the set button in while plugging it in (in other words, set button held on powerup) and continuing to hold until the long beeps ends.   I do note that method isn't listed in the 2457D2's manual, however if someone had local programming disabled the listed method wouldn't work and there would still need to be a method to factory reset.)

That is the method shown in the Original 2457D manual.

There was no mention of the flow chart method in it. The later revision manuals do show the flow chart method.

I would second the set button method in the early manual be tried.

One more thing I found in the originally sold modules manual.

There where two versions. 2457D2 was Dual Band and the 2457D2X was Single Band power line only.
