I had to make my own cable and read a number of the threads and updated including the one below.  If that cable does not work - you may just need to reverse the TX and RX pins, see my updated diagram below.  This one worked for me using serial RJ45 PLM and Polisy with a DB9 Female Serial cable...

    Configure browser push notifications
