edwaud Posted January 24, 2023 Share Posted January 24, 2023 I have had this eisy January 12. After some effort, I managed to migrate my 994 over to it. Yesterday, Jan 23, I made a few changes within the Admin Console. Everything was working fine although I have not been able to access PG3 yet. Then, this afternoon, I asked Alexa to turn on a printer and she responds that the eisy is not responding. I check and UD Moblile shows it offline. I logged into the isy portal and it was offline there. Its ip appears in isy finder but cannot bring up admin console. I tried a reboot, no luck. The first time I looked at the os log it said there was no ethernet so the ethernet cable was changed. The router showed eisy connected at 192.168.1.147. Anothrt reboot. The attached log is the last one. I do not know what 'mdns service' and 're0 ' are. So it appears that the system is running, it must be connected to the network or the log could not be accessed. What is going on with admin console? Any help will be much appreciated. I have not tried a factory reset yet. Link to comment
