Moshe Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 I am unable to approve EISY in admin console after adding to ISY portal. I followed all directions from post below but still unable to approve. I receive same error messages s posted in post below. EISY is at 5.5.4. Unable to Approve ISY Portal - Non-Migration - Clean Install
Solution AllDigital Posted January 30, 2023 Solution Posted January 30, 2023 Did you enroll it in a free trial first? I had the same issue and found I had to enroll it in a trial first even though I was transferring a portal license from an old 994i. 1
