Eisy and Insteon 2448A7

I have an Insteon 2448A7 USB dongle that I was using with my ISY994 (with a serial adapter). Now I have an Eisy, which is said to natively support the 2448A7 - great! I enable Insteon support, plug in the dongle, reboot, and try to add an Insteon device (at the time I did the migration to the Eisy, I didn't have any Insteon devices on the ISY.) I go through the initial dialog to identify which device I am adding (a leak detector in this case), it tells me which button to push, etc., which I do. Then... nothing. No activity in the event viewer, nothing in the log, nothing on the screen.

Is there a way for me to see if the Eisy is even seeing the 2448A7? What sort of diagnostics can I do?

The Eisy User Guide references a "Restore PLM" option, but I don't see that anywhere. (The page it links to is for the ISY99i, and there is no such option in the Admin that I can find.)

On the configuration page, make sure Insteon support is still selected (did you hit save before rebooting).

Restore Modem (PLM) is under the File menu.

Try Tools, Diagnostics, PLM Info/Status.

Edit: Did you reboot the eisy or just the IoX?  Probably need to reboot eisy.
