Something is not right with the UD website FYI 8:58PST 4/7/2023

I am trying to open a ticket but the system is slow and not opening the new ticket page. I also tried logging out and back in, but when I click on the My ISY button it downloads the start. jnlp file instead.

Something is not quit right.
