Can firmware be downgraded?

Hi,

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware on an eISY?  I updated to 5.6.2 and PG3x 3.1.31.  Ever since the firmware upgrade and the UD Mobile app upgrade with notification changes, my eISY will stop working ever hour or so. I have to reboot the eISY and the same issue occurs. I reset the eISY by clicking the button 10 times. That removed all devices and programs but did not change the firmware.  I restored from a good backup before all the changes, but I have the same issue.

There's no way to downgrade the EISY firmware. Try a power cycle, if that doesn't resolve your issue then you should probably submit a support ticket.

Thanks. I worked with the support team and they helped me out. I got everything working.  UD has the best customer service!

    3. Adjust your preference.
