I am in he process of migrating to an Eisy from a Polisy. Polisy was on 5.6.2. I've been trying to get the Eisy to update to the same. Currently it is on 5.5.9. Is that the correct version for the Eisy? When I open the Eisy often it says that there are updated packages available. I have selected upgrade packages several times and nothing appears to have changed. Before I migrated I tried that out also and never was able to get matching versions. I migrated anyway and I've had some issues. Could the mismatched versions be making problems?  Thanks for any input provided.

Current firmware for the eisy is 5.6.2. Try removing power from the eisy then do a update Packages. It could take a while for the packages to update, give it about 30 minutes.

If it still doesn't update then open a support ticket.
