Can't login to Polyglot3 - Eisy

From the lox I selected Polyglot V3 (PG3)

Login screen appears and I add the same long in information as my Eisy (also tried admin/admin and also created an security exemption)

Nothing happens.

Thanks for any helpful direction

Try removing power from the EISY. That seems to work for some issues.
