Updated to 5.7 and lost communication to keypadlinc and miniremote.

All efforts to restore have failed.

Deleted keypad (8 button) and can not add back - insteon engine not found

Some help please, this is at work where I depend on these lights.

Also lost all communication with Google and can't get z-wave to work in a scene.

Could my PLM have failed?

Insteon engine not found means that the PLM is unable to communicate with the device.

Is the green led lit on your PLM?

Are you able to communicate with other Insteon devices?

When you updated to 5.7.0 did you clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications" and then download the (new) IoX Launcher from here:

Light is not lit, ordered a new one

The PLM power supply most likely failed. This is somewhat typical on the older PLMs. The newer PLMs have improved components, and updated firmware.

It does look like the PLM power supply has failed.

Some of us have rebuilt ours but a brand new one will have all the latest components and RS232 signal lines having some protection.
