Insteon 2486DWH6 Replacement with 2334-222 problem

Hi All,

Had an old 6 port Insteon switch die and replaced it with a 2334-222 8 port that I had in attic stock.  In the past there was a conversion process that could be applied to change an 8 port to function as a 6 or 4 port.  I can't seem to find that capability anymore.  Looking for suggestions if it's not available anymore.  

My thoughts are to just copy the button 1 and 2 to "On" function and 7-8 to "Off".
