ZEN 16 Issue

I've added a Zooz Zen 16 to my Eisy. The Zen 16 added and the power node and the three switch nodes. However, there is no information in the switch nodes. The power node is working as it should. I can turn the Zen 16 power on and off from the admin console. I can hear the Zen 16 switching when it's triggered. But the information does not get to the admin console.

I've used the update with interview several times and I've removed the Zen 16 and readded.

Has anyone successfully added the Zen 16 to an Eisy?

Problem solved. I had to include it with no security. Works great now.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
