Event Viewer Entries "Create REST U7"

My Event Viewer on my EISY lists many entries of "Create REST U7".

I would like to know what is generating these entries and why. If someone could point me to a resource.

What is actually frustrating me is the excerpt from the Event Viewer above. It occurs everyday and changes with sunset times. I have gone through all my scenes and programs and cannot find anything to turn it on at this time.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Otherwise everything works flawlessly.

Configure browser push notifications
