firstone Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Anyway it could be displayed/fetched? @shbatm, would it be hard to add if it's not currently available?
firstone Posted February 25 Author Posted February 25 Yes, specifically I'd like to see battery level for z-wave door locks exposed through eisy integration (rather than directly added to HA z-wave integration)
stevesreed Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) Z-Wave lock battery levels show up for me as a sensor in HA. Isy's lock "ZY 091 Front Door Lock" battery status shows as "sensor.zy_091_front_door_lock_battery_level" in HA. I am on the HACS beta version of the ISY integration, so YMMV. firstone Posted February 26 Author Posted February 26 Which brand/model do you have? I have Schlage connect and don't have that node in ISY or HA. ISY does show battery level in the main node only.

It's possible the separate sensor was added when I switch to the HACS version of ISY integration, but there was some sort of battery info available before that. I switched to the HACS version to fix an issue with lock batteries showing up in Homekit as 0% (though they were correct in HA), and have not had any issues with it.
firstone Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 I've updated to HACS version and see battery level as an attribute on the locks. Not sure if built in version doesn't have it or just didn't pay attention. It would be nice to have battery in its own entity so it could be displayed in glance card but I guess it's consistent with how icy shows it.
