TomS Posted July 3, 2024 Posted July 3, 2024 Emails to developerinfo@resideo.com remain unanswered. Anyone else have any luck getting help from Resideo? Honeywell support does not support the API, as it was developed and supported by Resideo.
Kentinada Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 I tried a multiple occasions and never got a response. I finally sold my Honeywell thermostats and bought Ecobee’s. Work great and easily interface with EISY.
