Disconnected from Portal Following Maintenance Completion

I have received the notice that the portal maintenance was completed but unfortunately my system's connectivity has not resumed.  When logging into the portal, it is still showing as disconnected with no remote access to UD Mobile and Alexa connectivity. I am running a Polisy Pro on v5.8.4.

Please wait a few more minutes. Although the maintenance is completed, not all units have reconnected to the portal. 

We currently have about 75% of the units reconnected.

I should have added that information in the notice.

Unfortunately mine still remains disconnected. 

Mine is back up as of a few minutes ago.

Just checked and mine just reconnected a few minutes ago too.

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
