Eisy time not set correctly

I just got my new eisy, the location was set to Los Angeles.  When I set my location to Minneapolis using the Administrative Console, the date and time were not correct (current date/time: 07/23/2024 12:36, eisy date/time: 08/15/2023 14:36).   When I set my location to Los Angeles, the time is correct, but the date is still wrong.  How do I get the eisy to have the correct date and time?  Firmware: v. 5.8.4, Windows 10 Home using Firefox.

It's possible that the eisy needs to sync with the time server. Be sure the eisy is conected to the internet. It may take a while to sync.

    I had this problem in the beginning when I migrated to the EISY.  It couldn't reach the time server through my router, but when I plugged it in directly to my Uverse modem it worked.  I ended up finding a setting in my router that would enable NTP (I use the Ubiquti Dream Machine router).
