Anyone know of a good digital pressure sensor that will integrate into EISY for my water system?

Ideally, it would be something that monitors pressure in some app or fashion over time (cloud is fine with me).  What I want to do is monitor water pressure fairly accurately and be able to look at it overtime...but also integrate with EISY so I can do something with the pressure in a program for example.
