start.win on eisy sends me to a blank screen with white box at top left

Great device. I had the 994i and loved it as well. I really like the Windows type environment on attached monitor to eisy.

1) My eisy has been working fine, except I'm not sure if I'm running on the original storage area or the m2. During the install something failed but in the end it appears to work. Any ideas would be great. I have lots of computer knowledge but not on this small scale. I do not know this code but I can mostly figure out.

2) I was using the window on monitor attached to eisy. Using start.win and it was working fine until after the last upgrade. Now when I type in start.win and Y then it goes to a blank screen with white curser box at top left. I have to reboot the eisy to clear the screen and get back to the command/welcome screen on monitor attached to eisy. Interestingly, I am running the Admin Console constantly in Windows system monitor and it seems to still be working fine. I also run the other UD screens on the Windows 10 monitors and they appear to work fine. I have about 60+ sensors of all types, brands and languages. All the devices seam to work fine however I'm only using simple commands and a few programs. I really want to do more with this eisy but haven't had time to dig in and learn like I want.

After I reboot eisy the screen goes down to Login: - this is where I use to login then start.win. Now it pauses for 5-8 sec then it automatically types the last 7 lines after the login comes up and there are two warnings that I didn't get before. None of the last 7 lines use to happen.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, Charles.
