boot after power fail

after a power failure my eisy doesnt com back on line,  i dont think the cable modem / router is fully booted before the eisy,  the eisy tries once then give up.  if i power cycle,  it comes on line.

besides a delay-on timer,  or reboot every day,  how can i get around this?
