Venicenerd Posted yesterday at 02:40 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:40 AM Hey guys, I set up ISY and HA a long time ago. I have all my Insteon lights available in Home Assistant, so that's great. However, a while ago, I added a new exterior on/off switch. It's showing up in my ISY and working great. I just noticed, though, that this new device is not showing up in Home Assistant. I tried reloading the integration but that didn't work. Is there a step I forgot? After adding a new device to ISY do I need to do something for it to also show up in HA? I thought it would just show up automatically like when I add a new Hue Bulb to my Philips hub. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Quote Link to comment
maxnorth Posted yesterday at 02:59 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:59 AM Find the device/entity in the ISY integration device list and "enable" it. Quote Link to comment

Hey @maxnorth thanks so much for the quick reply! How exactly would I go about finding it? I go into Settings -> Devices -> Universal Devices -> 44 Devices But the problem is that I do not see the newly added devices in this list. I don't know where to enable it 😕 Quote Link to comment
maxnorth Posted yesterday at 05:14 AM Share Posted yesterday at 05:14 AM Settings->Devices & Services -> Integrations -> Universal Devices ISY -> Devices. If you don't find it there, I don't know what to tell you. if you do find it, enable it. Quote Link to comment

I may do something wrong. Quote Link to comment
slimypizza
You might try restarting HA and your ISY as well. Quote Link to comment
