EISY wifi will not join wireless network

I start the UD mobile to setup the EISY to use WIFI.  However, it fails with an error message saying there are missing parameters and to check the SID and pass phrase.  I've done this many times and it refuses to connect.  I am using WPA2 on a UNFI Dream Router.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
