Guest midnightwizard
This past Saturday I added 9 Insteon Lamplinc units to my ISY. These control various Christmas light in a bunch of rooms. All worked well Saturday night. On Sunday I added 3 more Lamplinc's. They also responded without a problem. Later I logged into the ISY to change the brightness level of two units and found that all the units I just added were gone. However the schedules that I created are still working. How? I tried to restore the backup I created Sunday and it restored ok. Again, no units that I just added appeared. I then did a unit restore and nothing again. Meanwhile, all the house lights and Chreistmas light turned off on schedule. How do I get the units to appear in My Lighting again
Michel Kohanim
Hello midnightwizard, You might be running a very old firmware (2.4.5 or below) which is known to have that bug. If that's the case, please do send an email to tech@universal-devices.com and I will send you our latest update which, hopefully, will resurrect all those missing devices. I do apologize for this problem. With kind regards, Michel This past Saturday I added 9 Insteon Lamplinc units to my ISY. These control various Christmas light in a bunch of rooms.
