LFMc Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Background: I have to have the ISY 994i with PG2 and my new eISY with PG3x both online and working. So my new eISY got a new IP address and I migrated to it. Most everything went well with a few small issues that seem to be corrected. The final significant problem is Alexa seems to think I have two devices and says "there are more than one of the items listed" when I give it a spoken command to turn a light on, etc. In the UDI portal both my ISY devices are listed, but as I migrated the portal and made the eISY my preferred device, the connectivity to the 994i reports that it no longer has a subscription so I can't remove it's spokens. I do not need portal access to the 994i any longer so I decided to delete it from the portal. I also rebooted the Echo Dot device. I am still getting the "more than one entry" from Alexa when I give it a command for eISY. I have tried to go into the portal/connectivity/alexa and re-save the commands and I get the error: "The Alexa skill is not linked." I have told alexa to rediscover devices and it comes back with "there are no new devices". I tried adding a brand new unique spoken to Alexa and get the same message above. Anything else I should try? I have a bunch of spoken commands entered into the portal, I would really prefer not to have to wipe them out and start over. Thanks. Quote
