ISY offline notifications gone?

I used to get a UD Mobile notification when my IoX would loose connection to the portal for any reason. I have not gotten any of these status notifications in the last 5 months and I have been doing extensive testing where I force my IoX and Polisy offline. I have UD Mobile on 4 devices and have confirmed that the devices in question have "System Notifications", "UD Communications", and "Plugin Notifications (PG3)" switches turned on. I do get the PG3 starting-stopping notifications as I would expect during reboots and stuff.

Did the ISY offline notifications go away, or do I have something wrong?

I investigated this and found the source of the problem.
