TomJ Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I did the following: Take a backup of your IoX (Admin Console | File | Backup IoX) Take a backup of your plugins (PG3x Dashboard | System | Backup/Restore) Upgrade Packages (the Admin Console | Configuration tab | Upgrade Packages button) After the system came back, I tried to login to the admin console with "admin/admin" and it gave me a "[LIB_ERRORS-403]" error. I then tried to ssh into the command line and that still works. It also still works from the iOS application. The PG3 webpage works as well. Is there any way to reset things so that I can get back into the admin console? Quote

Create a new entry https:// (your eisy ip address):8443/desc Going forward you'll need to access the eisy using this entry.
