Matter device will not respond after reboot

I have a number of matter devices paired to both eisy and Alexa. Initially if I make a change to the device on-off state in Alexa, the matter device will make the change in the eisy. However, if I reboot the eisy, the matter device will no longer make the change made by Alexa. In eisy, I can still control the matter device.

If I delete the matter device and re-pair it to the eisy via the code from alexa, the matter device will note the state change in eisy.

Is there something I can do to correct this issue?
