How to pick up modified zones from RainMachine?

I activated a new zone and changed the default name to a new one on the RainMachine itself. Is there an easy way to have the node server pick up those changes?

It's been a while since I worked on this plugin, but I think that simply restarting it should run discovery again and add the new zone.
