Massive Problems

I have two residences: Chesapeake (primary) and Wolf Creek (vacation)

The ISYs at both ran well until a power outage at Wolf Creek and a loss of the internet (Optimum) lasted several days. Thereafter, neither the Chesapeake nor Wolf Creek URLs appeared in the Launcher.

I visited Wolf Creek and Optimum replaced the router and modem. The ISY there displayed only the solid blue power light. I tried plugging and unplugging it to the modem/router and turning its power on and off. I then tried turning on/off the power to the PLM. Finally, I tried resetting the PLM and it never buzzed. I got a white light on its side, but I was left concluding it too was dead. I am currently trying to get a new one from Insteon (mid October availability).

I was able to get my Wyze cameras and Amazon hubs running again at Wolf Creek but the ISY can only be controlled at the switch level and is inaccessible using the Launcher.

What is bizarre about all this is that when I returned to Chesapeake I could only control at the switch level. These two locations are on separate ISY’s and PLMs. I was able to successfully reset the Chesapeake PLM (it buzzed) and Alexa spokens are working (made the wife happy) but some programs are running and others are not with no apparent reason.

In the Launcher, I currently get a URL and UUID and URL for Wolf Creek. Nothing displays for Chesapeake. I can only access Wolf Creek in the Launcher by pasting in a saved IP and password. I am beginning to believe something is wrong with the Launcher that is indicative of a serious communications issue/core problem.

I am 80 years old and this is “out of my league”.

I desperately need your help.
