eisy-ui no status values

I just did the upgrade and was poking around the eisy-ui interface and alL the devices are present but not information is loading about them (like status). The controls do work (on/off) but no data is showing for any devices.

any ideas? I’ve done the reboot (few time) and validated that statuses are showing on mobile UD as well as jnlp thick client.

They will fill in eventually. Don’t spend too much time on it as it’s something they are working on and has been there since the Alpha. As you say the AC and UDM will show the data immediately.
they will figure it out.

No status at all is not normal.

Please open a ticket referencing this post, and add your uuid.

they will figure it oula.

We have not figured out the cause of the missing status, but we added logging which should help identify the cause.

If possible, if you can still reproduce the problem, please open a ticket with both a screenshot of AC and eisy-ui, showing the missing status in eisy-ui, and Chris should be able to take it from there.
