Can't find my eisy

Hey folks,

Trying to add some new devices. I tried finding my eisy with IoX launcher and my eisy isn't there. Cleared the Java cache (all three boxes) and reinstalling Java. Nope. Tried adding the IP address in. Nope. I can see it in the portal but need to do admin console level stuff (at least that is how I normally do it).

Any ideas further?

Oh, and I've power cycled the eisy.

OK. I'm a total idiot. Freaking Norton had a VPN on. VPN now off, ISY now on.

Ugh.
