Been looking for inconsistencies in the code and found a few more minors:

DONE VirtualTempC commands match nodedef (no setCtoF)

DONE onDelay reports TIMER; generic SETST send/report naming
DONE NLS typo CMD-ctl-QUERY-NAME; onOnly docstring

Let me know of any unintended consequences before I go production.
